Happy Summer! We are excited for another great swim season and would like to invite all parents to attend an upcoming Swim Team Parent Meeting.

Location: Pool Deck (Shade side)

During the meeting, we will discuss important information about the upcoming season, including:

• Meet schedules and expectations
• Volunteer opportunities and requirements
• Team communication and updates
• Fundraising
• Practice procedures
• Concessions, timing, and other meet-day roles
• End-of-season events and activities
• Questions and answers

Our swim team relies on parent involvement to make the season successful for all swimmers. Whether you are new to the team or a returning family, your attendance is highly encouraged so you can learn how you can help support our athletes and ensure our meets run smoothly.

Each family is encouraged to have a parent/guardian attend. If you are unable to attend, please let us know so we can share any important information with you afterward.
